The camera settings is OK. I think the main problem is that after you edit the video. You suppose to make it smaller. The reason for this is 1st its a lot faster to download and it fits into a standard browser/ipod format. Well, I'll tell you about it when you get a quicktime pro 7.
I'm not very knowledgeable with windows because I use Mac primarily to vlog, but Ryanne knows more than me.
